Bently Nevada 3500/64 Dynamic Pressure Monitor

· Input signal: Receive signals from 1 to 4 high-temperature pressure sensors. The input impedance of a three wire sensor is 10k Ω, and the typical input impedance of a two-wire sensor is 1.5M Ω to 3.5M Ω.

· Dynamic pressure: The measured variable for each channel is bandpass dynamic pressure, with a sensitivity of 100mV/psi (1.45mV/mbar).

· Working mode: There are two working modes to choose from: high mode and low mode.

· Alarm setting: It has a programmable alarm time delay function, and users can set the alarm delay time according to specific needs.

· Front panel indicator lights: There are OK, TX/RX, Bypass and other indicator lights, which can intuitively display the working status, data transmission status and bypass 

status of the monitor.

· Output interface: Provides a recorder output that can output monitoring data to the control system for further processing and analysis.

· Mechanical protection: Continuously compare the monitored dynamic pressure parameters with the set alarm threshold, and issue an alarm in a timely manner when the 

pressure value exceeds the set alarm point to protect the safe operation of key rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, etc., and prevent equipment 

damage and failure caused by abnormal pressure.

· Equipment status monitoring: Real time monitoring of pressure changes during the operation of equipment, providing critical machine information for operators and 

maintenance personnel, helping them understand the operating status of equipment, and timely discovering potential problems such as pipeline blockage, leakage, pump 

cavitation, etc.

· System integration: It can work together with other modules of the 3500 series, such as power module, frame interface module, key phase module, relay module, 

communication gateway module, etc., to form a complete mechanical equipment monitoring system. It can also be integrated with other control systems such as DCS, PLC, 

etc. to achieve centralized monitoring and management of equipment.

· Fault diagnosis and analysis: By recording and analyzing long-term monitoring data, technical personnel can understand the pressure change trend of equipment. Combined 

with other monitoring data such as vibration and temperature, comprehensive fault diagnosis and analysis can be carried out to identify the root cause of the fault and 

provide a basis for equipment repair and maintenance.
