product details
Bently Nevada 3500/05 | 3500 System Framework
· Size: There are two sizes to choose from: a 19 inch standard rack and a 12 inch mini rack. The 19 inch standard rack has 14 available module slots, while the 12 inch mini
rack has 7 available module slots.
· Installation methods: including panel installation, rack installation, and bulkhead installation. Panel installation allows the rack to be installed at the rectangular cut of the
panel and secured using the clips provided with the rack; Rack installation can mount 3500 racks on 19 inch EIA rails; Cabin wall installation is suitable for situations where
wiring connections cannot be made from the rear of the rack. In this case, the rack can be installed on the wall or panel, and wiring connections and I/O modules can be
accessed from the front of the rack. However, the 3500/05 mini rack does not support the cabin wall installation format.
· Power requirements: Typically, a -24V DC power supply is required to ensure the normal operation of the system, with a power consumption of around 7.7 watts.
· Signal input range: Generally accepts input signals ranging from -10V DC to+10V DC.
· Module installation and fixation: As the basic framework of the entire 3500 monitoring system, it is used to install and fix all 3500 monitor modules, power modules,
framework interface modules, etc., providing a centralized and standardized installation platform for the system, facilitating system assembly and maintenance.
· Module communication and collaborative work: Enable seamless communication and collaborative work between modules installed within the framework, ensuring
accurate transmission and sharing of monitoring data between different modules. For example, vibration monitor modules, keyphasor modules, relay modules, etc. can
interact and work together through a framework to achieve comprehensive monitoring and protection functions for rotating machinery.
· Power allocation and management: Reasonably allocate power to each module, provide stable and reliable power supply for each module, and ensure the normal operation
of the entire monitoring system. At the same time, the power supply can be managed and monitored to ensure that the system can receive sufficient power support under
different operating conditions.
· System expansion and upgrade: Its modular design and multiple size specifications provide convenience for system expansion and upgrade. Users can add or replace
different monitoring modules within the framework according to their actual needs, in order to meet the monitoring requirements for more devices or more complex
working conditions, and achieve flexible expansion and upgrading of system functions.
