Bently Nevada 3500/32 is a 4-channel relay module from Bently Nevada

· Input type: Can accept digital signals or switch signals from other monitoring modules in the Bentley Nevada 3500 system, such as alarm signals, status signals, etc. from vibration monitors, temperature monitors, etc.

· Output type: Provides relay output, usually in the form of normally open or normally closed contacts, with a contact capacity of 2A/24VDC or 1A/120VAC, etc. It can directly drive external alarm devices, control circuits, etc.

· Channel quantity: It has 4 independent relay channels, each of which can be independently configured and controlled, and can simultaneously process and output control multiple different monitoring signals.

· Working voltage: The general working voltage is 24VDC, which can operate stably within a certain voltage fluctuation range to ensure the normal operation of the module 

and accurate signal transmission.

· Response time: The action response time of the relay is relatively short, usually between a few milliseconds to tens of milliseconds, and it can quickly respond to the input 

signal and trigger the corresponding output action in a timely manner.

vibration, high temperature, excessive displacement, etc., the corresponding monitoring module will send an alarm signal to the 3500/32 relay module. After receiving the 

signal, the relay module will immediately trigger its internal relay action, causing the corresponding normally open or normally closed contacts to close or open, thereby 

driving external alarm devices such as sound and light alarms, signal lights, etc., to promptly remind operators of equipment failures, so that corresponding measures can 

be taken to deal with them and protect the safe operation of the equipment.

· Equipment interlocking control: Based on the operating status and process requirements of the equipment, interlocking control between devices can be achieved through 

programming and configuration of relay modules. For example, when a critical equipment fails, the relay module can automatically cut off the power or control signals of 

other related equipment, preventing the fault from further expanding and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the entire production system.

· Signal conversion and isolation: It can convert digital signals or weak electrical signals inside the 3500 system into strong electrical signals that can directly drive external 

devices, while achieving electrical isolation of signals to avoid interference signals from external devices from affecting the internal 3500 system, improving the reliability 

and stability of the system.

· Remote control and monitoring: The relay output signal of this module can be connected to a remote control center or monitoring system through a remote transmission 

line, achieving remote control and monitoring of the equipment. The operator can monitor the real-time operation status and alarm information of the equipment in the 

control room far away from the equipment site through the monitoring system, and can remotely control the start stop, reset and other operations of the equipment.
