NI SCXI-1104C is a signal conditioning module produced by National Instruments.

to the voltage range required by the data acquisition card.

· Adjustable gain to adapt to different ranges of strain gauge signals. Users can choose the appropriate gain based on the specific sensitivity and measurement range of the 

strain gauge. Generally, multiple gain levels are provided for selection, such as 1, 10, 100, 1000, etc., to improve measurement accuracy and flexibility.

· The excitation voltage required for strain gauges is usually DC excitation, for example, a 5V or 10V excitation source can be provided to provide a stable power supply for 

the strain gauge, ensuring its normal operation and measurement accuracy.

· The high accuracy of the excitation source helps to ensure the stability and reliability of the measurement, reducing measurement errors caused by fluctuations in the 

excitation source.

· May include low-pass filtering function, which can filter out high-frequency noise, reduce interference components in the signal, and improve signal quality. Its cut-off 

frequency can be set according to user needs, usually covering a wide frequency range, such as several hertz to tens of kilohertz, which can effectively suppress high-frequency

 interference, especially in industrial environments or other noisy environments, ensuring the accuracy of strain measurement.

· Has good input impedance, can match different types of strain gauges, ensures compatibility with strain gauges, and prevents signal attenuation or distortion caused by 

mismatched input impedance.

· The input protection function can prevent damage to modules and strain gauges caused by overvoltage, overcurrent, and other situations, protect the safety of the entire 

measurement system, and is suitable for some application scenarios where electrical transients or unexpected overvoltage situations may occur.
