NI SCXI-1104C is a signal conditioning module produced by National Instruments.

signals of strain gauges to adapt to the input range of subsequent data acquisition devices, such as amplifying the weak millivolt level signals generated by strain gauges
to the voltage range required by the data acquisition card.

mismatched input impedance.
