NI SCXI-1125 | Signal conditioning module

NI SCXI-1125 is a signal conditioning module launched by National Instruments (NI) in the United States.

· Number of channels: With 32 single ended analog input channels, it can process multiple analog signal sources simultaneously, providing convenience for the acquisition 

and conditioning of multi-channel signals.

· Input Range: Supports different input ranges, such as accepting multiple input signal ranges of ± 5 V, ± 1 V, etc., which can meet the input of analog signals with different 

amplitudes. Users can adjust the input range according to the specific signal source to achieve the best signal conditioning effect.

· Gain adjustment: Provides adjustable gain settings that can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the signal. Generally, there are multiple gain levels to choose from, 

such as 1, 10, 100, etc. By adjusting the gain, weak signals can be amplified to the appropriate range, improving measurement accuracy and resolution.

· Filtering function: usually includes low-pass filtering function, which can filter out high-frequency interference components in the signal. Users can set the cutoff frequency 

of the filter according to their actual needs to ensure the quality of the signal, especially in noisy environments, which can effectively reduce unnecessary interference and

· Working temperature range: It has a certain working temperature range, usually between -20 ° C and 70 ° C, and can work stably in various environmental temperatures to 

ensure that measurement and conditioning functions are not affected in different environments.

· In industrial automation production processes, it can be used to monitor various analog quantities, such as changes in physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, 

flow rate, liquid level, etc. By connecting the sensor signals of these physical quantities to SCXI-1125, conditioning and amplifying the signals, and then transmitting the 

conditioned signals to data acquisition devices, real-time monitoring and control of industrial production processes can be achieved, which helps to improve the safety and 

product quality of the production process.

· It can be used for fault diagnosis of industrial equipment. By monitoring the analog signals of the equipment, such as vibration signals, current signals, voltage signals, etc.,
