PFTL101B 10KN 3BSE004197R1 ABB Load cell

The ABB PFTL101B 10KN 3BSE004197R1 weighing sensor is made of a whole piece of stainless steel. The stainless steel body is stamped with four holes, and two sets of 

coils are wound through these four holes to form a certain angle with each other.

· Signal conversion: When mechanical force is applied in the measurement direction of the sensor, the direction of magnetic field propagation in the primary coil changes, 

enclosing the secondary coil in the magnetic field. Due to changes in the magnetic field in the secondary coil, an induced electromotive force is generated in the coil. The 

control unit converts the induced electromotive force into a direct current voltage signal proportional to the measured force.

· Maximum response frequency: up to 500Kpps, which is 2.5 times the pulse frequency received by traditional drivers.

· Coil current characteristics: When the step pulse stops for more than 100ms, the coil current automatically decreases to half of the set current.

· Signal input compatibility: 5V, 12V, 24V signal input compatibility, no external current limiting resistor required.

· Adjustable driving current: The effective value can be adjusted from 1.2A/phase to 4.5A/phase, divided into 16 levels.

· Power input: single power input, voltage range AC80V-220V.

· This sensor can be used in situations that require precise measurement and control of force, such as industrial automation, wet end tension measurement in papermaking, 

etc.
