Working principle: PFTL101B 10KN 3BSE004197R1 is a piezoelectric magnetic sensor that works by utilizing the principle of magnetic materials changing permeability under mechanical force.

Construction: Made of a whole piece of stainless steel, there are four holes punched on the stainless steel body, and two sets of coils are wound through these four holes, forming a certain angle with each other.

Signal conversion: When mechanical force is applied in the measurement direction of the sensor, the direction of magnetic field propagation in the primary coil changes, enclosing the secondary coil into the magnetic field. Due to changes in the magnetic field in the secondary coil, an induced electromotive force is generated in the coil. The control unit will convert this induced electromotive force into a DC voltage signal proportional to the measured force.

Maximum response frequency: up to 500Kpps, which is 2.5 times the pulse frequency received by traditional drivers.

Coil current characteristics: When the step pulse stops for more than 100ms, the coil current automatically decreases to half of the set current.

Signal input compatibility: 5V, 12V, 24V signal input compatibility, no need for external current limiting resistors.

Adjustable driving current: The effective value can be adjusted from 1.2A/phase to 4.5A/phase in 16 levels.

Power input: Single power input, voltage range AC80V-220V.
