TRICONEX 4329 is a Network Communication Module (NCM)

· Supports Ethernet (802.3) protocol and also supports various proprietary protocols of Triconex.

· Adopting a dual port design, two BNC connectors are provided, namely Net 1 and Net 2. Net 1 only supports peer-to-peer protocols and time synchronization protocols, 

used for secure networks composed of Triconex; Net 2 supports Triconex applications or user written applications that can open the network to external systems.

· It can achieve efficient data exchange between the Triconex system and external hosts, and the main processor usually refreshes the data on the network communication 

module every time it scans.

· Coaxial cable (RG-58) can be used to connect external hosts, with a maximum transmission distance of 185 meters. Using repeaters and standard cabling can achieve longer 

distance transmission.

· The working voltage is 24V DC, the maximum current consumption is 30mA, and the power consumption is relatively low.

· The working temperature range is generally between -40 ° C and+70 ° C, with a protection level of IP67. It has the ability to prevent dust and water, and can adapt to harsh 

industrial environments.

· In industrial automation control systems in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, chemical, power, and paper, as a communication bridge, it enables real-time data 

transmission and sharing between various devices within the Triconex system and with external systems, ensuring the stable operation of industrial automation systems.

· In Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), it is used to communicate with other critical equipment and systems, such as Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire and Gas 

Protection Systems (F&G), etc., to ensure fast and accurate transmission of signals and instructions in hazardous situations, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

· Combined with servo system, it can be used to control the operation and movement of the machine. For example, in vertical forming filling sealing machine and other 

equipment, it can ensure that the machine fills the packaging bag with appropriate products before sealing and cutting packaging, so as to achieve accurate movement control.
