VMIVME-2540-000001 intelligent digital input/output module can also be used as an intelligent counter controller.

-Counting capability: capable of calculating up to 4 giga events.

-Output Channels: Equipped with 24 discrete output channels, programmable through onboard jumper module options, each channel provides 12 bit resolution and can 

generate and absorb up to 10 milliamps of current at a rate of ± 10V.

-CPU: The onboard 68HC000 microprocessor serves as the local CPU and executes board functions through a command driven user interface. Users can configure 

measurement, timing, and output functions for each channel through a simple memory mapping interface.

-Interface: Equipped with VMEbus slave interface, it can optionally provide digital signal measurement and signal generation capabilities for 4, 8, 16, or 24 channels, 

which are implemented by a series of AM9513A system timing controllers and related interface logic.

-Other: For offline testing purposes, analog inputs can be disconnected from external circuits.
