Bently Nevada 3500/40M monitoring module, commonly referred to as a 40M vibration monitor.

· It has a single channel input and can receive signals from accelerometers, velocity sensors, displacement sensors, etc. to monitor vibration signals.

· The input types of sensors can be flexibly configured to adapt to different types of vibration sensors and meet the monitoring needs of different devices.

· The frequency range of vibration signals that can be processed is wide, usually covering vibration signals from low to high frequencies, such as from a few hertz to several 

kilohertz, to meet the monitoring needs of different rotating machinery vibration characteristics.

· It has a high dynamic range and can handle vibration signals of different amplitudes, ensuring accurate measurement and monitoring of both small and large vibrations.

· The gain and filtering functions of the input signal can be set through software or hardware, and the signal can be optimized according to the actual monitoring equipment 

and application scenarios to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and measurement accuracy of the signal.

· The working temperature range is usually -30 ° C to+65 ° C, the storage temperature range is generally -40 ° C to+85 ° C, and the humidity is 95% non condensing, which 

can adapt to harsh industrial environments.

· Can withstand a certain degree of vibration and impact, ensuring reliability and stability on industrial sites.

· Provide multiple output interfaces, including analog output (such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, etc.), which can output vibration monitoring data to other devices such as data acquisition 

systems, PLCs, DCS, etc. for further processing and analysis.

· Equipped with relay output, when the vibration monitoring value exceeds the set threshold, it can trigger relay action and output alarm signals, such as alarm light on, buzzer 

ringing, or triggering equipment shutdown.

· It can communicate with other systems through communication interfaces such as Ethernet, RS485, etc., transmit vibration monitoring information, and facilitate remote 

monitoring and system integration.

· Widely used for vibration monitoring of various rotating machinery, such as steam turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, fans, electric motors, and other equipment. By 

installing accelerometers, velocity sensors, or displacement sensors on the equipment, vibration signals are transmitted to the 3500/40M module to monitor the vibration 

level of the equipment in real time.

· Monitor the vibration amplitude during the operation of the equipment, including displacement, velocity, acceleration and other vibration parameters. Based on these 

parameters, it is possible to determine whether the equipment is in normal operation, such as detecting potential faults such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness, and 

bearing wear.
