Bently Nevada 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module
· Physical characteristics: Half height, dual channel module, weighing approximately 0.55kg.
· Input signal: Can receive up to two sensor signals from magnetic pickups or proximity probes. The input signal range of non isolated I/O modules is+0.8V to 21.0V, while
the input signal range of isolated I/O modules is+5V to -11V. For passive magnetic pickups, the shaft speed must exceed 200rpm.
· Output signal: There are two coaxial connectors with buffered key phase outputs on the front of the rack, and two buffered key phase outputs with Euclidean connections
on the back of the rack. The output impedance of the buffer is 504 ohms.

Keyphasor sensors, the module uses magnetic pickups or proximity probes to detect the alignment and convert the input signal into a numerical Keyphasor signal, providing
accurate Keyphasor reference for other modules in the 3500 mechanical protection system.
· Measurement of rotational speed and vector characteristics: The pulse (key phase signal) of each rotation or multiple events of the rotating shaft or gear can be used to
accurately detect timing, so that the shaft speed and vector characteristics (such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase) can be measured through the 3500 monitoring module
and external diagnostic tools, helping users fully understand the operating status of the rotating equipment.
· System redundancy configuration: When triple module redundancy (TMR) applications require system key phase input, the 3500 system should use two key phase modules.
In this setting, the modules run in parallel to provide primary and secondary key signals for other modules in the rack, ensuring system reliability and stability.
· Multi signal input processing: It can accept up to two sensor signals and is suitable for various sensor types, meeting different application scenarios and device requirements.
At the same time, it processes and converts input signals to improve signal quality and stability, providing accurate data foundation for subsequent monitoring and analysis.
