NI SCXI-1193 | Signal Conditioning Module

NI SCXI-1127 is a signal conditioning module produced by National Instruments (NI) in the United States.

· Number of channels: With 16 single ended analog input channels, it can simultaneously receive and process multiple single ended analog signal sources, providing 

convenience for the acquisition and conditioning of multi-channel signals, and suitable for parallel monitoring and data acquisition of multiple signal sources.

· Input Range: Supports multiple input ranges, which can be flexibly adjusted according to different sensor output signals. Common input ranges include ± 10 V, ± 5 V, ± 1 

V, etc., allowing users to match the most suitable input range according to actual measurement scenarios to achieve the best measurement accuracy.

· Gain setting: Provides adjustable gain function with multiple gain levels, such as 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, etc. It can amplify the input weak analog signal by different multiples, 

facilitating the processing of signals of different amplitudes and improving the measurability and measurement accuracy of the signal.

· Filtering characteristics: Equipped with a low-pass filter, it can effectively filter out high-frequency noise. Users can set the cutoff frequency of the filter according to specific 

applications to ensure the quality of the collected signal. Especially in industrial or laboratory environments with electromagnetic interference, it helps to remove unnecessary 

high-frequency interference signals, making the collected signal cleaner and more accurate.
